Delete your account

You can delete your BoxIt account at any time directly from the app. The process takes less than a minute and permanently removes your personal data.

How to delete your account

    Open the Profile tab

    Launch the BoxIt app and tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation to open your account.

    Tap the edit icon

    In the top right corner of the Profile screen, tap the edit (pencil) icon to open your account settings.

    Scroll to Delete Account

    Scroll all the way to the bottom of the edit screen and tap the Delete Account button.

    Confirm deletion

    Confirm when prompted. Your account and personal data will be permanently removed from BoxIt.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your profile, saved addresses, and preferences are permanently removed.
  • Your order history and tracking data are deleted from our active systems.
  • You will be signed out of all devices immediately.
  • Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax, fraud prevention).
