You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Egyptian law to use BoxIt. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep it up to date.

BoxIt issues you a U.S. forwarding address, receives packages on your behalf, consolidates them, and arranges international shipping plus last-mile delivery in Egypt. We are a logistics provider — we are not the seller of any item shipped through our service and we do not warrant the goods themselves.

You may not ship anything prohibited by U.S. export law, Egyptian import law, or our carriers' policies — including but not limited to: weapons and ammunition, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, live animals, perishable food, currency, and counterfeit goods.

Packages containing prohibited items may be seized, destroyed, or returned at your cost, and your account may be suspended.

Shipping fees are calculated from the actual or volumetric weight of your package, the category you select, and any applicable customs and insurance charges. The estimate shown in the calculator is informational — final pricing is confirmed once we weigh and inspect your package in our U.S. warehouse.

You authorise BoxIt to charge your selected payment method for all confirmed fees, including additional charges that arise after weighing or customs inspection.

You are the importer of record for every package shipped through BoxIt. You are responsible for ensuring the items are legal to import into Egypt and for paying any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees assessed by the Egyptian authorities.

We handle every package with care, but our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of (a) the declared value of the package or (b) the limits set by the international carrier. Optional shipment insurance is available at checkout — we strongly recommend it for high-value items.

Estimated delivery windows are based on historical averages and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, weather events, and carrier delays can extend delivery by several days. We'll keep you informed at every stage through the app.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, that's used for fraudulent or abusive activity, or that we are required to suspend by law. Where possible, we'll give you notice and a chance to resolve the issue before suspending the account.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms — when we do, we'll post the new version here and notify you in-app or by email before changes that materially affect your rights take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
