Submit your request
Open the BoxIt app and tap "Request an item." Paste the product link, or describe what you want (brand, model, size, colour). Add any preferences — gift wrap, alternative if sold out, max budget. The form takes about a minute.
We confirm pricing and timing
A dedicated shopper reviews your request, confirms stock at the source store, and sends you an itemised quote covering product cost, U.S. sales tax, and a small handling fee. Most quotes land in your inbox within a few hours.
You approve the quote
Review the quote inside the app and tap Approve to authorise the purchase. You pay product cost + handling at this step. Shipping is invoiced separately once the package is weighed, so there are no surprises.
We purchase and consolidate
We place the order from a U.S. payment method and ship-to address. When the package arrives at our warehouse, we photograph it, check the contents against your request, and hold it free for up to 30 days so you can add other items to the same shipment.
We ship to Egypt
When you're ready, confirm shipping and we dispatch with full tracking. Door-to-door delivery typically takes 21–30 days, with customs handled by our broker. You see every status update live in the app.
